Arctic Council Sustainable Development Working Group 4Poyntz Dezign Inc. was selected in 2005 to provide the Arctic Council of Canada’s Sustainable Development Working Group with Canada’s contribution to the Arctic International community collaboration web system using the Xtensible Web Manager. Xtensible was selected due to its flexibility, ease of use and ability to deliver. Its accessibility to all Internet browsers and its text-based back-end were added benefits to all content stakeholders throughout the international community. To date, more than 40 delegates of scientists and administrative stakeholders from Arctic Countries around the world are now collaborating in real time. This profile project included website development, site creation (look and feel) and customization, including secure member modules with customized functionality.

 We provided the school board with complete brand change and well as an Enterprise Web System. More than 1500 stakeholders across the entire board are now using Xtensible Web Manager. Thanks to partners like the OCCSB, the Xtensible Web Manager was the Web system of choice for more than 89 websites in Ottawa alone. Through this affiliation, Xtensible Web Manager was nominated for an award at the June 2005 Technology Innovation Awards, sponsored by the Learning Partnership and the Ontario Ministry of Education.

Ottawa Police Association
 4Poyntz has partnered with the Police Associations of Ontario to bring our dynamic solution to all of their members across Canada. This began in May 2005 with the Ottawa Police Association, and has since grown to an additional 12 other Police Associations. With the aid of this partnership we launched a secure ‘Online Voting Manager’ in January 2006.

Research Canada
 4Poyntz Dezign provided Research Canada a new bilingual website, complete with a new look and feel and including Newsletter features. We were approached by Research Canada after their previous web developer failed to deliver a web system after nine months. We completed the initial project in a record 4 days. Research Canada is about to launch a new design in June 2010.
